When you get one shot, attention to detail cannot be underestimated. Never does our team come to the table with any pre-conceptions on what your day should be. Everyone's  vision for their event is unique. From elegant uplighting, to the latest in lighting trends we offer all the tools at your disposal you may need to bring your vision to life.<br /><br />Below are samples of our always expanding lineup of reception options available to customize your event. Choose as much or as little as you wish. There are NEVER fees for &quot;upgrades&quot; or additional equipment. We present to you options and our expertise and you pick and choose items you want to compliment your vision.<br /><br /><u><strong>Visual Options:</strong></u></p><ul><li><em>Lighting</em> -  With the all-on-one package you have access to all our visual elements.  <br /></li><li><em>Uplighting</em> - Tasteful and elegant. Uplighting on high walls adds an instant touch of class to any event. Match the color of the seasons or match your wedding colors ect. for a dramatic and tasteful effect.</li><li><em> Television and/or Projection</em> - Does your venue not offer projection capability? We offer many variations of portable projection systems or provide flat screen televisions from our truss system to project your custom slide shows, replay the ceremony or even display live footage of the dancefloor while you party!<br /></li><li><em>Bubble machines</em> - (venue permitting) Saturate the room with bubbles! Great for introductions or while your guests party on the dancefloor. <br /></li><li><em>Pinspotting</em> - Instant elegance. Individually pinspot your cake or table centerpieces!<br /></li><li><em>Haze Machine</em>  (venue permitting) Our Haze machines produce a finer version of \"fog\". Dont think smoke or dense fog like in a bar or club, haze is much finer (and very unlikely to set off fire alarms)but produces the same desirable effects. (beams of light from dancefloor lighting) </li></ul><br /><u><strong> Services:</strong></u><br /><ul><li><em>Trivia!</em> - A Trivia game during dinner. Fun for you and your guests. Tables compete in a trivia game based on content of your choosing.</li><li><em>Slideshow</em> - Shown during dinner or before introductions. You provide the pictures and we put together a very memorable slideshow for your guests to enjoy.</li><li><em>Complete control over music</em> - Trust our DJs to read the crowd or handpick the entire nights music. This important aspect of the night is entirely up to you. </li><li><em>Live Entertainment</em> - Interested in live entertainment in conjunction with a traditional DJ? We have packages that feature an emcee handling cocktail hour/dinner introductions and traditions. Then once the party starts, the DJ and band swap half hour sets to give you the best of both worlds and the party never stops! Our lineup of partner bands is always expanding.<br /><br /><u><strong>About our mixing equipment and library:</strong></u><br />Our DJ's mix with state-of-the-art MP3 mixing hardware and software. This allows our DJ's to beat match digital recordings using midi controllers just as you would in the old days with vinyl turntables or using hardware to control the tempo of CD's only in much better quality. During the height of the party, our DJ's expertly deploy songs to ensure energy levels stay high when you want them to stay high. DJ's who simply &quot;playlist&quot; run the risk of &quot;losing the crowd&quot; one bad song can easily send your guests back to their seats.<br /><br />Furthermore every room has different acoustics. Our DJs have years of live performance experience to ensure we can get the best sound possible out of any situation. We arrive early and crank the sound up to tweak our equipment to get it perfect to suit our clients tastes and to compliment the acoustics of the venue, never overpowering and always dialed. Big volume is easy. Anyone can pump sound thru big speakers. Only an audio expert can &quot;dial it in&quot; for professional clarity to create unmatched ambiance during all phases of the reception. <br><br>";

We are Insured, Pennsylvania RAMP<em> (Responsible Alcohol Management Program)</em> &nbsp;and TIPS (Training for intervention procedures) certified.&nbsp; We arrive to use your Bar Setup OR we can bring our Portable Bar setup (see rates)&nbsp;with all the tools necessary to create a memorable evening in a safe environment. <strong>Be a guest at your event, not a server!</strong> <strong>Take the stress out of your party planning with our Bartending and Food Service options.</strong></div> <div>&nbsp;</div> <div><strong>What we do:</strong></div> <div> <ul> <li>Our Bartenders mix, tap and pour your beverages. <strong>*NOTE: We do not sell and cannot purchase alcohol for you we only serve the&nbsp;beverages you furnish for your guests. </strong>&nbsp;</li> <li>Completely check \"beverage service\" off your party planning list for your event. We help you purchase correct amounts, shop for mixers, garnishes ect. FOR you (everything except alcohol) And we can work with you to create a custom \"signature\" menu for your celebration. We believe you should be a guest at your event, not busy making drinks and worrying about service!</li> <li>Cocktail Servers available for Hor'Duerve passing, beverage cocktail or full service (working with your caterer) of meals. </li> <li>Impress your guests with our extensive knowledge of Beer, Wine and Mixology.</li> <li>Professional Dress: We arrive in event appropriate dress.
