Overall Pre-Event/Planning: Unlimited availability by phone or email to answer questions and pre-plan.
First meeting and Initial consultation: Review your package details and ask us any questions you may have! The back and forth of the process begins. You give us your ideas, and we give you our feedback and expertise.
Continual: Unlimited phone and email consultation throughout planning.
Second round of planning: As your special day approaches (1-2 months prior) we meet in person again to begin final prep. This meeting includes a walk-through of the location.
1-2 weeks prior: Last meeting/final prep. Finalize all details. Review in depth itinerary. (DJ, Photo and Film) Approval of final itin., scripts, announcements, intro, special dances, specialty music and more.

DJ
- Reception with option for ceremony sound reinforcement.
- Master of Ceremony and DJ Assistant
- Professional sound system.
- Customizable light show. Choose from any of our options without worrying about "upcharging" or any additional fees.
- We specialize in lighting! Pinspotting, Full floor GOBO projecting, Custom GOBO, Uplighting, and novelty elements.
- (Optional) Our famous chest of party novelties! Essential for a "legendary" reception. Inc's party props, hats, sunglasses, moroccas and much much more!

Wedding Film
- Specializing in the cinematic style of films.
- The filmmaker and an assistant.
- Full day including, prep, formals, transportation and reception.
- With package receive (1) DVD (Extra copies of DVD 30.00, Blu-Ray Discs Available $200)
- (Optional) Wireless system to capture ceremony Audio.
- All Full packages come with a highlight film (up to 6 minutes) and a "Signature Edit" cinematic movie.
- Highlight Film is embeddable on Youtube/Social Networks for your friends and family to view from the comfort of their homes.

Photography.
- Full day coverage. (prep to reception)
- Up to 200+ 4x6 wedding pictures in a proof album
- Selected edited photos will be posted online for family and friends to view and purchase.
- 1 4x4 Leather Album(with purchase of 8x8 or larger), (1) 16x20 print (2) 8x10 prints
- Engagement shoot at a discounted rate when wedding is booked. (for local weddings)
